We are not responsible for any loss of data, or claimed loss of data you may experience with your equipment, it may be worth nothing that during the entire duration our service have been operational we have not experienced a single incident of data loss, our technicians are by now highly experiences, any accidental damage to your device is highly unlikely. In the rare case where this may happen we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or financial damages arising from said loss of data. You should always keep a backup of any data on your device.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Updated terms will supersede all previous versions of the Terms. Please check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we have made, as they are binding on you. Those changes will go into effect on the “Last revised” date shown in the Terms. Our water damage repair service does not come with any warranty, this is due to the unpredictable nature of water damage, our charges are for the cleaning and checking process only, our standard 90 day warranty excludes water damage.
